The development comprised a concrete framed structure up to 21 storeys in height providing private residential accommodation.
The walls of the basement are formed with a contiguous bored piled retaining wall with an internal concrete facing. Following excavation, the new car park structure was constructed as an in situ reinforced concrete frame with a raft foundation slab at basement level and a suspended flat slab at ground floor level.
