The company was established in Whitehaven (with a single member of staff) in 2004 and grew quickly, adding a Preston Office in 2005, and a Manchester office in 2009 (now with over 50 personnel).

The company has further expanded, offering services to Clients in four distinct areas:

Property – Services to the property sector, including private and public sector Clients

Engineering – Services to the power and industrial sectors, including the nuclear market

Environmental – Ground investigation and contamination, flood risk and remediation
