The site is located on Ellen Street in Hove, East Sussex bounded by Conway Street to the North, Ethel Street to the East, Ellen Street to the South and an existing surface car park to the west.
The proposed development comprises of approximately 2016m2 of commercial space over the ground floor level, 216 residential units over (up to)17 storeys above the ground floor and approximately 503m2 of outdoor communal residential amenity space on suspended slabs at various levels. A single storey basement car park is to be constructed below ground providing 31 parking bays along with cycle storage and back of house/plant space for the commercial and residential units above.
