Westlakes were engaged as Civil and Structural Engineers for this site at the corner of Christchurch Road and St Swithun’s Road in Bournemouth, approximately 600m North of the coastline.
The development involved the demolition of the former buildings and construction of a new 400-bed student accommodation, a separate open plan office building and a 125 bed hotel. The discrete buildings are unified by a two-level below ground car park.
