A £30M development comprising a 5,000m2 Integrated Health Centre, offices and 50 private apartments above a 3-level, 500 space basement car park cut into an old sandstone quarry. Steel-framed construction was provided throughout. Full Civil and Structural Services were provided included drainage design and highways improvements under a S278 agreement.
