Westlakes Engineering acted for the Watkin Jones Group as civil and structural engineers on a development comprising six separate student accommodation blocks, each of four storeys, at a site off Fulford Road in York.
The overall development site comprises the construction of six separate plots as well as the refurbishment of the existing Grade 2 listed Guard House which fronts Fulford Road.
