Progress at Grove Crescent Rd, July 2024
Westlakes are pleased to see further progress at Grove Crescent Road in Stratford, for which we are the Civil and Structural Engineer. Working with developer Watkin Jones Group, the scheme provides circa 400 beds of student accommodation and 2000m2 of office space. The single storey basement at the front of the site is now in place with its raft foundation and the taller part of the development at the rear is at second floor level.
