Westlakes Attraction Safety Department has over 30 years’ experience in carrying out amusement ride inspections in accordance with various localised schemes throughout the world.

The majority of inspections are carried out to the Amusement Device Inspection Procedures Scheme (ADIPS), which operates in the UK under the Health and Safety Guidance (HSG) 175, the principles of which can be applied throughout the world.

We provide expertise in all engineering disciplines; Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Non-Destructive Testing, Control System, Hydraulic and Pneumatics. As part of Westlake’s inspections the team undertakes functional tests of attractions to ensure the safety critical aspects of their design continue to operate as intended.
