Westlakes Engineering is an independent consultancy providing civil, structural and environmental engineering, as well as building surveying services from offices in Whitehaven, Manchester and Preston. Founded in 2004, the company has grown quickly by establishing a reputation for providing a high quality, professional service to Its Clients.
